CHICAGO — A federal judge is holding the City of Chicago liable for violating the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), saying the city has failed to provide accessible pedestrian signals to those who are blind or have low vision at intersections across the city.In April 2021, the DoJ moved to intervene in a disability discrimination lawsuit that people with visual disabilities brought against the City under the ADA and the Rehabilitation Act. WEST LAFAYETTE, IN - If you're looking for the biggest example of "Madness" in March, you wouldn't find it in the NCAA in basketball. Instead, it came courtesy of a native of Lockport in a different sport on St. Patrick's Day. It was a moment that Purdue wrestler Matt Ramos had dreamed of before it happened.
